If something goes wrong with one of our customers’ packages, we are on the case immediately and don’t let go until we have resolved the problem to the customer’s satisfaction. This can mean hours at a time on the telephone to everyone from FedEx senior management to call centres in India and local offices in any country you care to mention.

Citibox is a service business, our customers return for only one reason: they think that our service /price ratio is the optimum they can get when sending packages from Spain. Although we are the cheapest Courier from Spain available over the internet we have to ruthlessly cut out any inefficiency.
That means that we will not deal with any company that lets us down. We don’t chase profit margins at the expense of service quality. We don’t cut corners. We no longer deal with the IMX postal system nor the ASM Spanish Internal Courier system.
Apart from any other reason, we just hate to waste time dealing with problems which is why we use FedEx for our international courier deliveries.
